How on earth do you decide what career you want to do when It's difficult enough deciding what to wear in the morning?
As well as the guidance you'll get in school and chatting to family and friends you could ask yourself a very probing question... what am I like?
- What are your likes?
- What are your dislikes?
- What skills do you have and which could you improve?
- What qualities do you have?
A careers matching programme, like Kudos or Pathfinder, can help you to look at careers that may suit you by asking you questions about your likes and dislikes. Kudos can be used in most schools and all Connexions Centres - ask your Personal Adviser or a teacher about using it.
