Programme Led Apprenticeships (PLAs)
If you think you might want to do an Apprenticeship but you’re not quite ready to start a full programme you could do a Programme Led Pathway (PLP). Ask your Personal Adviser for more information.
Other programmes and awards
There are many organisations who run courses, programmes and awards which can help you develop confidence, experience and help boost your motivation! Some of the programmes aren't easy (I'm talking about some of the outdoor activities!) but imagine how you'll feel once you've achieved something really difficult! Plus, some give an award at the end which may impress an employer.
