Everyone
feels "stressed out" at times. Maybe you feel miserable or stuck in
a rut? These feelings can be caused by difficult
situations at school or work, or by a problem with your family,
friends, girlfriend or boyfriend.
If you're worried that you feel stressed
or unhappy all the time and it's upsetting your everyday life -
don't bottle it up! There are several places you can
turn to:

Personal Adviser - they'll listen to you and
take you seriously.

e-mail an adviser about anything that's bothering you or chat
online. You can also phone or text.

A teacher at
school that you trust.

Childline - 24 hours a day
confidential helpline - 0800 1111.

Your doctor or
school nurse.
It helps to know
you're not the only one feeling like this. You can read about

If your stress is
