At different stages of your life you’ll need to make some important decisions about your future.

Your Connexions Personal Adviser will be able to talk through all your options with you and help make the right decision for you.

If you are worried about anything at all, your Personal Adviser will listen and be able to help.

What can my Personal Adviser do?

• Help you find the right answers and support your needs 

• Not judge you or tell you what to do

• Be there to listen and work with you 

• Be on your side

• Build on your strengths

Personal Advisers work with other organisations like health, counselling, drug and youth services, so whatever support you need, you can be sure of the best possible advice.

Where can I meet with my Personal Adviser?

• In school or college

• In a youth club or Connexions access point

• At work or where you train

• At your nearest Connexions Centre

• Sometimes you can arrange to meet your Personal Adviser at home or another place of your choice

How do I get in touch with my Personal Adviser?

• Through school or college. Ask a teacher if you’re not sure who they are.

• Phone your nearest Connexions Centre.

• Email or phone them by looking them up on our Personal Adviser contact list
